To suggest any changes or improvements of their trade mark on crockery, cutlery, linen, all items of guest use, back of the house guest contact items and any other items considered necessary.
Display of name, logo, slogans, signs, symbols, design, signages etc.
Use of common names for public areas, type of rooms and restaurant as specified.

TRAINING
On request from the owner, the training and development needs will be determined for each area of operation and each property individually.
Training modules for different areas will be prepared and input will be provided.
Trainers and experts would be arranged to impart training in the identified areas.
Training will be provided at the respective property.

SYSTEMS, POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
We will provide consultancy in various aspects of hotel management. The scope of such consultancy will also include providing system, Policies and Procedures in following departments:
1.  Front office
2.  Food & Beverage
3.  Housekeeping
4.  Finance, Accounting & Insurance
5.  Credit Policy and Procedures
6.  Fire safety, Security etc
7.  Marketing & Sales
8.  Personnel Policies & Procedures

OPERATIONS AUDIT
Audit will be conducted at periodical. The need will be determined by the size/performance of the property.
The purpose of such audit would be to ensure the conformance of standard laid down.

SELECTION & RECRUITMENT
Advice will be provided on job specification, recruitment, selection and appointment of staff managers.

COMPREHENSIVE LIST OF MARKETING SERVICES
To train resources in the hotel on all aspects of sales and marketing.
Develop a detailed Marketing plan for the hotel and to provide sales resources, a workable document covering all aspects of the marketing mix.
Providing marketing resources on a regular basis, to carry out marketing audits.
On request provide expertise to carry out marketing feasibility on a regular / need based, so as to assist in taking decision regarding expansion of the existing property.
To provide an effective reservation network for the hotel through sites promoting hotel reservation.
To top & develop different "segments" for business.
Develop for the property, all creatives, including brochures, guest supplies, bathroom supplies and other print jobs such as service directories etc.
On request, represent the hotel at all local and international marts on behalf of the owner/ property.
If need be, to carry out regular market research to evaluate the positioning of the hotel, level of customer satisfaction etc.
If need be, to put the property on to an international. distribution network, airlines, computer systems etc. for effective shelf presence abroad.
